I am a professional 500 GT-200 GRT  Ton Master, Able Seaman Unlimited, licensed Motor Vessel Yacht Captain. Not a hobbyist! Vessels up to 80 Meters (265 ft). Over the last 30 years I have done Captain Service, Yacht training for navigation, radar usage and boat handling. Pre purchase yacht inspection and  consulting, manage shipyard projects. Yacht Management and Yacht Delivery for various motor vessels’ in blue and coastal waters of the west coast in Newport Beach, San Diego, Marina Del Rey, Long Beach,  from the Gulf of Mexico / Panama / California / Oregon/ Washington/ British Columbia to Alaska. With thousands of nautical miles logged.

Experienced in all on-board electronics, including Global Positioning Systems Chart-plotter, AIS transceivers, radar, auto pilot, stabilizers, computer navigation, sonar, as well as Coastal Navigation with paper raster charts. Management and training of crew, I have many years of experience with vessel engineering, electrical (AC/DC) diesel engines, crane operation, twenty-three years as a mechanic, I proficient with all working systems on a vessel.  I am non smoker and  actively enrolled in a maritime drug testing consortium and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.

    Experience Counts!

    Always investigate the experience of the captain that you consider! Small licensed captains generally have minimal time at sea and No commercial experience.
